Initial mode uses larger batches and higher parallelism for first-time scoring. Incremental only scores users active in last 24h.

ActionKit: sets "donor_propensity" custom field. Switchboard: applies "Mobile Donor Prospect: High/Medium/Low" labels.

Switchboard Cache

Phone lists are cached for 24h, repliers for 6h. Clear the cache to force a fresh export on the next run.

Calibrate Weights (Data-Driven)

Analyzes your actual SMS broadcast data — who received, who donated — and computes lift ratios per signal. Uses real conversion data to replace hand-tuned weights.

Use Scores as Sync Source

After scoring, use ?propensity=guaranteed (or very_high/high/medium/low) with the AK → SB sync to push scored users to a Switchboard label. Example:
